Ack! You've picked up the Sharpie instead of the dry erase marker and now you've got permanent markers, rather than dry erase ones on your dry erase board. What do you do?Easy! Write over the permanent marks with a dry erase marker and wipe clean. This will pick up most of the permanent marks. Use a commercial dry erase board cleaner to get the rest.
Then, I'd strongly suggest hiding the Sharpies. It definitely works for me. Ask me how I know. ;-)
