My daughter has been invited to a young girl's devotion and they will be using The Princess Kiss. I am so excited about that! I will have to remember Mik Mulligan...sounds like so much fun...I think both of my boys will enjoy it! I love your blog and following you! You are truly an inspiration!

@ Posh Totty -- A boy might like it okay. I haven't read it to my son, so I can't give you an actual boy's opinion, but there is a book for boys by the same author called The Squire and the Scroll. Josh (10) really enjoyed that one.

If we ever manage to have a girl, Princess Kiss is definitely on the list. Being that we have boys, we don't currently own a copy. But I've read through it a few times and love it!

Another great "Christian" Princess book is "The Princess and the Three Knights" by Karen Kingsbury.

"Where the Wild Things Are" has always been my favorite.

My daughter loves Mike Mulligan! It was part of our Five-in-a-Row program a few weeks ago, and we still talk about Mike Mulligan and Mary Ann.

I just found "The Monster at the End of This Book" at our local used book store. I HAD to get it; I think it's funny! I read it to my daughter the other night and she enjoyed it, too!
