Weekly Wrap-Up

Happy Friday! Except, you want to know a secret? I’m actually writing this post on Wednesday because today, unless something went wrong between now and then, I’m in Cincinnati at Great Homeschool Conventions! If you’re here, too, stop by the Geography Matters booth and say hello. I’d love to meet you!

It’s been another busy week at my house, particularly since I was traveling at the end of the week. We started things off right, though. Brianna and I had breakfast at our favorite breakfast place – Waffle House.

The rest of our crew will eat there, but they don’t really like it. It’s the top choice for both me and Brianna for breakfast, though.

As you’ll see from all the photos this week, I’ve had great fun playing with the camera on my new phone. I love it! It’s so much better than the camera on my old phone – an important consideration for a blogger.

Tuesday was babysitting day. It went so much better than last week! I was a little worried at first, but after a good nap, Baby B was her usual sweet self and kept us all entertained with her sweet smiles and happy coos all day.

Wednesday was a finish-school-and-get-packing kind of day. I made myself a checklist, so hopefully, by the time you read this, I’m not sitting in Cincinnati lamenting something important that I forgot at home.

Okay, one last photo, then, I’ve got to go finish packing!

  1. Ooh, I hope you’re having a fabulous time in Cincinnati! I can’t wait to hear all about it. Thank you for being your usual organised self and getting this up before you leave – it’s very much appreciated, as usual 🙂

  2. I hope you’re having fun at the conference! I don’t think I’ve ever eaten at a Waffle House, I’ll have to put that on my things to do list. Yes, my list is pretty easy to get on.
