For years I’ve made a chocolate pudding cake that’s always a hit at any gathering. Recently, I had a stroke of brilliance – why not make a blonde pudding cake recipe? One word – yum.

Rich, moist, yummy...and simple to make!

Blonde Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg box vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 stick of butter, softened
1 bag white chocolate chips
1 c chopped macadamia nuts

blonde pudding cake

Directions

Mix the cake mix and vanilla pudding together until well combined. Add softened butter and eggs. Slowly add milk, whisking until well-blended. Pour into 13 X 9 casserole dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips and macadamia nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until cake is golden brown and center is set.

Let cool as long as you can stand it. It’s really yummy when it’s still warm.

You’re welcome.
