Getting kids engaged in fun, active learning is one of the best ways to ensure real learning and retention. Whether you’re a kid or an adult, you remember more and learn quicker when you’re interested in what you’re learning.

That’s why my family loves Pin It Maps.

What We Love About Pin It Maps

Students of all ages will love these gorgeous, full-color maps. They’re versatile enough for elementary all that way through high school.  You can use Pin It Maps to introduce young students to countries, continents, oceans, and basic geography skills.

Pin It Maps

Older kids can dig deeper into geography and incorporate other subjects such as history and science. (The U.S. History set is fantastic!)

We’ve used Pin It Maps since my teen enthusiastically switched from labeling boring blank outline maps back in middle school. Although the subject of geography was interesting, the maps in her textbook were dull and often difficult to decipher. Pin It Maps rekindled her interest in geography.

  1. I was going to enter contest but it says a winner has been chosen. I thought winner was going to be announced August 2019???

    1. Hi, Shannon. I’m not sure how that error slipped by me. The giveaway closed APRIL 2, 2019. The correct close date was set up on the Rafflecopter widget. I’m sorry you missed entering this one, but hopefully, we’ll do another Pin-It Maps giveaway soon.
