I am so excited about the possibilities that 2015 holds! I am looking forward to bringing you lots of homeschool encouragement, humor, and commiseration. I can’t wait until you see some of the hands-on activity ideas that my brand-new team of writers and I are going to bring you.   1. Thanks for the new parents post. We just (gulp) sent off the email tonight saying ‘sorry our kid’s not coming back’… and other than one friend online (who doesn’t live nearby) and the library ladies (so supportive).. I have zero support outside of my husband…. so really no one knows…

    We sent a bright kid off to kindergarten and got back a kid who had the manners and speech of a 3 year old. It’s taken us every ounce of Christmas break to break those bad habits and I’m not giving her back to them to mess up our hard work all.over.again.

    1. You are very welcome! I hope you and your family have a wonderful first year homeschooling – and that your extended family and friends see the results and get on board. While you don’t need the support, it’s preferable to the negativity.
