Weekly Weigh-In

Ready to weigh in?  I hope the scale was kind to you this week.  Even if it wasn’t though, take some time to hold yourself accountable and see you what learn from an off week.  Remember, you can leave your results in the comments or leave a link to your blog post about it.  Easy peasy!

My week was much better this week.  Of course, it would be hard not to have a week better than a two pound gain.  I lost 3.8 lbs.!  That puts me just shy of the halfway mark.  I really want to work hard this week and lose 2.8 lbs. this week.  That would put me at my 50 lbs. lost goal six weeks ahead of schedule…plus, it’d feel darn good to be able to say that I’ve lost 50 lbs.!

So far, I’m on the right track.  I gave up the opportunity for a milkshake tonight.  I had actually planned to have one tonight — like, planned for two weeks — because it was the last night of the weight-loss program at Chick-Fil-A.  When Brian offered, though, I decided that I wasn’t willing to give up the calories for it this week.

I was pretty proud of me.  😉

So, what about you?  How’d you do this week?
