Weekly Weigh-In

What an exciting Weekly Weigh-in for me!  I’ve hit some new milestones this week.  First, let me say, I’m trying out changing my weigh-in day to Friday.  So, I weighed last Friday and, again, on my regular weigh-in day, Monday.  There was only 0.4 lbs. difference, so I decided this would be a good week to make the change and see how things go.

So, are you ready for the milestones?  First, I lost 2.8 lbs., putting me in the 150’s for the first time in — really I have no idea how long.  It’s been at least a decade, but I think it might have been before my pregnancy with Brianna, which would be about 16 years ago.  Wow!

Second, I am officially at 60 lbs. lost now!  I am so excited to be able to say that.  I’m already looking forward to my next big milestones — 153 and 150.  At 153 and under, I will no longer be obese.  It’s been a long, long time since I’ve been able to say that.  And, at 150, my weight on my driver’s license will be accurate for the first time in years.  I really hope to work hard and hit those two milestones by the end of August.  In the meantime, check this out, I actually have a waist again:

So, what about you?  How are your weight loss efforts going?

  1. Wow, you look great! I haven't been able to get on blogger for awhile and when I first saw your pic over on your homeschool blog, I thought is that the same person?!

Great job Kris, I know that you are an inspiration to many!
