Weekly Weigh-In

It’s Weekly Weigh-In time! This one is going to be short and sweet since I’m still without Internet access and I think they’re getting ready to kick me out of Chick-Fil-A.

Actually, the manager told me to stay as long as I needed, but I’ve been here awhile and I think my younger two are getting ready to start climbing the walls.

I lost one pound this week. I’m pretty excited about that. I was more excited last week when it was two pounds, but I think female hormone and water-retention stuff took care of that other pound that was gone on two different days when I weighed last week.

Oh, well. A pound is a pound and I’ll take it. How did you do this week?

  1. Congratulations on your pound!

(Mine is for the last two weeks, since we were traveling last week and didn't weigh in.)

I am exactly the same, down to the tenth of a pound. But it ISN'T a gain, so I won't complain. Traveling is pretty hard on weight loss for me, but one day I walked probably 3 miles on the boardwalk and downtown. I bet that helped quite a bit.

  2. On my first week, I lost 1/2 pound. I was hoping for more but right now I'm struggling with getting my eating under control. I do fine in the morning; good at lunch but dinner and night time snacking are my tough spots.

  3. I have been linking up to your weekly wrap up for awhile now but had not noticed your Eclipsed page till now. Loosing over 70 lbs and running 4 miles… thats amazing! Congratulations! I have often considered using blogging as means of accountability on the get fit journey, would you say that it has helped you? Again, congrats on the hard work, thats just awesome! God Bless!
