Works for Me Wednesday: Freezing Foods
I’ve mentioned before how much I love my lunch salads. Seriously, I think I could eat them every day. The only problem is I’m not going to grill chicken every day. That’s been easily solved, though. Every time Brian grills chicken, I get him to grill a few extra pieces of chicken. Then, I cut it into strips and freeze it in individual serving sizes. This allows me to quickly have enough chicken for a salad any time.
My favorite chicken is that simply marinated in my low-fat Italian dressing (see link above) and red wine vinegar.
