You know what I enjoy about this time of year? With our Christmas break started and a little extra time available, it’s a great time to evaluate how things are going in our school.

It’s this time of year when I often reflect on what’s going well and what could use some improvement. That’s maybe even more true than ever this year as I evaluate how this year ‘round schooling thing is going.

It’s amazing remembering how frustrated I was this time last year. My how things have changed – in a good way.
