Great Homeschool Conventions offers a host of amazing speakers. Many have years of personal homeschooling experience. They attend the conventions because they are passionate about helping up-and-coming or seasoned homeschooling parents achieve a successful homeschooling experience. In addition to the dozens of speakers, you’ll hear at Great Homeschool Conventions, you can attend hundreds of workshops covering more than 230 topics at each event! The variety of topics covered is incredible, from how to homeschool different ages at the same time to how to homeschool a gifted or special needs child.

Don’t know how to teach math and get concepts across to your teen? GHC has got you covered – and by math experts!

How do you get your child to write? Hear tips from the writing experts.

What happens if you have a struggling reader?  The experts at Great Homeschool Conventions will share proven techniques to work effectively with a struggling reader.

Does science have you stumped? Great Homeschool Conventions has speakers who’ll show you how to teach science that will capture your students’ attention and hold their interest.

You might see Rabbit Room on the Road where Christian authors like Andrew Peterson will be hosting a panel get-together. It will feature a fun, interactive discussion on the love of writing and how to integrate that into your children’s everyday education.

2019 Special Track Sessions Focused on Homeschooling Trouble Spots

Specially-focused tracks presented by real experts in their fields will address homeschooling trouble spots.

Homeschooling isn’t easy. And, parenting can be harder. Attend the Parenting Track for encouragement and parenting tips.

How do you teach a child effectively with ADD, ADHD, Asperger’s, or dyslexia? Attend the Special Needs / Gifted Track to find answers that will uplift you and give you a new appreciation for your child’s challenges.

New to homeschooling or curious about it? The Homeschooling 101 Track will show you how to get started and answer questions such as how to choose curriculum or how to prepare high school transcripts.

Don’t know which style of homeschooling is right for you? Explore Classical education in the Classical Track. In addition to several classical sessions, you can attend a panel session by top classical educators who have dedicated time to just answering questions on what classical education is all about.
