  2. Let me know how those books are … how was your Thanksgiving? I weighed in today at WW and was down 3.8 pounds for the week. I think being in the gym so much really helped.

    I did pretty good with Thanksgiving. I only ate THREE BITES of cheesecake! When I weighed Wednesday, I'd lost 2 lbs. When I weighed today, I'd gained 1.2, but I've eaten MUCH better today and I still have a day to exercise before it's official. Even if it stays where it is now, that's a loss of nearly a pound the week of Thanksgiving, so I'll take that.

    I'll definitely let y'all know what I think of the books.

  4. I looked at these books on Sunday while in target with the boys. I look forward to reading what you have to say about them. I wasn't to sure about them and only picked them up after reading this post, so I am curious 🙂
