Thank you all so much for the incredible amount of encouragement and support you’ve offered me since I began this blog such a short time ago. You don’t know how much your comments and emails encourage me. This is going to be a great year for weight-loss!! This is going to be the year that we begin to realize our weight-loss goals and begin to live healthier, more active lives.
I’m very excited about a new challenge series that I’ve been working to put together. I was hoping to have it ready to go by Monday, but I’m not sure if I’m going to have everything together by then. I might, though, so be watching for it. I do know that it will be a sixteen week challenge designed to get us moving toward our goals and lasting long enough to get us past that slump that hits many people in February or March after the excitement of the potential of losing weight wears off and the reality of the hard work and commitment required sets in.
Be ready and be watching — 2010 is the year of “Do or do not…there is no try!”
