Weekly Weigh-In

It’s weigh-in time! How’d you do this week?  I was much happier about my results this week, even though I didn’t lose that much more than I did last week.  Why, you ask?  Because the 1.8 lbs. that I lost this week put me over the 10 lbs. lost mark!  I have officially lost 11 lbs. since Thanksgiving week.  I’m very excited about the great start I’ve made in reaching my weight loss goals.  I hope you’re pleased with how you’re doing, as well.

Now, for another brief weigh in:  Merry Christmas!!  I pray that you and your family have a wonderful, Christ-centered Christmas.  Enjoy yourself and let yourself indulge…just a little bit.  For me, if I deny myself too much, I start feeling deprived, so just a little indulgence in sweets during this time of year can go a long way.  Remember to ask yourself if the choices you’re making are helping you to reach your weight loss goals.  Moderation will be my mantra for the next few days.

I hope you’ll share how you’re doing this week.  You can either leave your results in the comments section or post about it on your blog and link up.  Be sure to link to your weigh-in page so others can find it easily as they stop by to support you this week.
